Due to the first workshop in March selling out, we have put on a second event for the ladies who were unable to book. On Sunday 27th April we are inviting another six ladies to join Kelsey at The Scottish Make Up Academy for a fun and educational half day make up workshop, offering a teaching session where, as individuals within a small group, you create and learn the essentials of applying your very own new 'every day' make up look. Do you have a whole range of products at home and don't know where to start with applying them? Or do you currently only have your "holy grail" mascara and you feel slightly lost in the world of make up brands and products? Or perhaps you are somewhere in between and are simply ready for a change- a change that will help you to feel your most confident in your 2025? Look no further, we have you covered. Beginning at 11am and finishing at 2.30pm, participants shall expect to learn all they want and need to know about applying their own products from their own make up bag or from the designer and high street brands of products provided on the day, or a blend of the two. They will discover their own skin type, skin behaviours, shade matches, modern application techniques and product recommendations where requested (no direct sales or commissions here, just honest reviews!). Light refreshments shall be included during the 30 minute interval, as well as non-alcoholic bubbles to help celebrate the public launch of Scotlands newest Beauty Academy right here in Perth. Kelsey is passionate about helping the lady in her chair to feel beautiful, ensuring a calm, relaxed environment, with fun and laughter always included free of charge- and the workshop shall be no different! Cancellation Policy
Students must be a minimum of 16 years of age to attend this course as The Scottish Make Up Academy is insured to qualify adults only. Payment is required in full at the time of booking. Should you have a discount code, gift voucher or offer, please ensure you apply this at the time of making payment as these cannot be applied retrospectively once payment has been made. Please note we reserve the right to amend course prices or run promotions at any time, without prior notice. Once a booking is made, the price paid is final and no price difference can be refunded in the event of a later course price reduction. All classroom based training must be taken within 6 months of the date of booking, with one change allowed per student once a booking has been created. The Scottish Make Up Academy is unable to offer refunds where training is cancelled or postponed outside of our control. An alternative training date will always be offered. It is the student’s responsibility to get in touch to reschedule any such postponed training. The Scottish Make Up Academy is not responsible for any loss of income or accommodation/travelling costs students may incur in the event that postponement of training courses is necessary. Cancellation Policy In the event that you are unable to attend a booked and confirmed course date, we may be able to offer a reschedule of the training (subject to availability ), provided you contact The Scottish Make Up Academy no later than 72 hours prior to the training course commencement date. Our cancellation policy for rescheduling states that all courses can only be rescheduled on one occasion. The team will respond to confirm whether a reschedule is possible and if a fee is applicable. We will cancel your training place where we receive requests to reschedule, pending hearing from you to confirm an alternative date. Where reschedule is not possible and the student chooses not to attend their training, you may forfeit your course fee. Where a student is a ‘no show’, failing to attend for their booked training date without a minimum of 72 hours notice by email to us you will automatically forfeit your course fee and The Scottish Make Up Academy will be under no obligation to provide any further training or any refund. In the first instance, please contact us at info@scottishmakeupacademy.co.uk regarding your reschedule request (or non-attendance), who will respond within 24 working hours.
